Up to four outstanding E.MA-theses per year are published in the Journal's

Section.

The Journal will only accept theses addressing legal questions, primarily focusing on democracy, human rights and the rule of law, graded above 8.0.
The length of the published version of the thesis has to be below 200.000 characters. Thus, also parts of a longer thesis may be submitted. The submission has to include an abstract and the author’s CV.
The Editorial Board will decide which theses to publish typically by the end of the year. All applicants will be contacted subsequently.
