Welcome to the Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law

The Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law is a quarterly released scholarly publication dedicated to the advancement of legal knowledge in the field of International Constitutional Law. The Journal features a wide range of subjects including in particular:

• Public International Law,
• the Constitutionalization of International Law,
• the Internationalization of Constitutional Law,
• the Migration of Constitutional Ideas,

        and

• Comparative Constitutional Law.

The Journal aims to provide a forum for critical discussion on topics of International Constitutional Law focusing on recent developments in National Constitutional Orders and in Public International Law as well as on questions in the field of Legal Theory.
Advised by a body of international referees the Journal features high-standard contributions by scholars and legal professionals from around the globe. Furthermore, the Journal monitors constitutional developments in CEE, particularly by assessing select case law of National High Courts.
